The bed was extremely comfortable and room was a good size

No luggage racks.No hairdryer.No power point in bathroom .No room fridge. Hand basin not draining well with mould on plug

Had to park in second floor of car park a good distance away from hotel, elevator didn’t work on weekends, bartenders not friendly, room service food not cooked as requested, very noisy.

The location was great and beds comfy

the room was freezing. tv wasnt working and it took 4 hours for them to come up and fix it. someone walked into the room while we were asleep without knocking even though we had the do not disturb sign on. plus its €10 more for parking which they don't tell you until you arrive and the car park is a good 5 min walk away.

I couldn't fault it in any way. From even before arriving at the hotel the girl we dealt with was great. The room was beautiful so comfy and clean. The bar was so relaxing and staff were lovely

Great location. Loved the decor and the big comfy bed. I also liked the fact that TV had internet so on the occasions where we we're winding down and getting ready for bed we weren't subjected to Irish tv tripe

We thought it had a swimming pool - it doesn't

The Manager Michael on realizing my dissatisfaction , was exceptional in looking after me, and making sure that I was well taken care of.

I specified that I required ; 1. A quiet room 2. A room with lots of light. I was given 1. A room beside a throbbing generator ( or suchlike) 2. A room WITHOUT windows.( totally dark) I returned to Reception Desk & complainied, The receptionist told me to return to the room ( No 121) and she would phone me when an alternative room was found. After an hour I telephoned Reception (twice) and got no reply. Tried to switch on TV to watch news, and it didn’t work. Then went downstairs to Reception desk again .By this time, 1and a half hours had elapsed.. I was asked to return to R 121 again, and another room would be found. A porter appeared & escourted me to another room . It was small, dark ,drab, and depressing, and I wouldn’t accept it. I returned to Room 121 again to wait further. Manager Micheal appeared, and was most apologetic. He ushered me to another room which was much more acceptable , and he brought me tea, and supplied a meal . He was most concerned for my well being, and promised me an upgrade the following day when the rooms became available. It was now 2 hours after my arrival at the hotel .

I arrived without a phone charger - the hotel night manager gave me his personal charger as the hotel did not have what I was looking for! Lovely staff.

The location couldn't have being better! it is right in the city centre. The staff are very welcoming and helping with any question you might have. The breakfast is great!

The bed in my opinion was very uncomfortable and stiff. I will highly recommend the hotel to change the mattress and provide with some soft cushions. Also, The shower was a bit awkward to use. And last feedback, I will highly recommend the hotel to partners with some tours companies, so when asking for a recommendations they will have them ready by hand and not start to Google it, because this I can do by myself.

The property is in the most central part of the city which makes it exceptionally convenient. The decor, dense of history and freshness of recent update add to the experience of the old world elegance and class at all points of catering and overall service. Staff are very friendly and eager to please. Fast and efficient dining service. Super comfortable rooms beautifully appointed.

Room hadn’t been hoovered . Found bits of toilet paper behind sofa . Had to park own car in a car park about 10 mins away. And pay 10€ for parking . Room rate was quite expensive and didn’t included breakfast .
